The secret to this trick is that you are going to need to have gotten very good at the “columns” for one hand juggling.
Until you are good at that, you can’t really do this trick. Once you are good with the columns, you’ll need to practice the actual yo-yo pattern. This means you’ll have to try to keep an equal distance between the balls while you are juggling.
Think of how a yo-yo works. The string is a certain length and doesn’t go any further or closer than that, right?
The same is true with this juggling trick. You want to keep the distance between the balls the same throughout the pattern. It’s not going to be easy when you are just starting. The distance will be off and you might even hit balls in the air.
Don’t get discouraged though. Practice at this stage will pay off. Once you can keep the ball at an equal distance while basically playing catch with yourself, you’ll be able to do this.
All you need to do is give it a try when you are doing two ball columns. If you mess up here, don’t worry. It’s all a part of the fun and the beginner stages.
It’s more important to keep trying while you’re doing this.
