This series by the International Jugglers’ Association, the IJA Tricks of the Month, has been incredible to watch.
For February of 2020, they brought in Zak McAllister.

A little bit about Zak before we show you the video he’s put together…
- 2019 IJA Teams and Individuals World Championships Gold Medalist
- As seen on Wired and ESPN Sports Science
- Senior at Circadium School of Contemporary Circus
- JUGGLINGMEMES Creator and Admin
- Holds a number of meaningless JuggleWiki World Records
Zak’s been juggling for over 12 years and in this video he shares a few of his favorite patterns he’s been working on over the years.
Impressive work! One of my favorites was at around 1:54 mark. I’m honestly not sure what happened.
He was juggling 4 balls, then dropped one down to his foot… which he brought behind his back and then rolled up his back to then juggle 2 balls behind his back and 2 balls in front.
WHAT! Absolutely incredible work Zak.
Here’s another video of Zak McAllister at the 2019 IJA Individuals Championships where he got the Gold Medal
