Learn how to do the claw pattern in juggling.
The claw pattern is a variation of the cascade juggling pattern… but instead of throwing the ball up into the air, you’re going to be throwing the ball with your palms facing the ground.
It’s a little weird at first, but with some practice, you’ll be able to get it. It’s all about practicing this over and over until you get it. You’ll notice that I give you a few different options for practicing.
You can do one hand doing the claw, or both hands when you’re getting started.
